Team ``Alter Wirt``

The Alter Wirt should be a place where we ourselves would love to eat, celebrate and stay overnight. We want to know what’s on our plates and where the great ingredients that we use in our kitchen come from. We love to be surprised by new creations – or traditional dishes that you don’t often encounter anywhere else these days. At the same time, we all want to be the kind of people who do their best for others. Each of us is encouraged to bring their own unique personality to the team to form part of an authentic whole. We regularly take time out for group excursions and trips. One of the special highlights is when the entire team, including chefs, apprentices and service personnel head out to visit the wine growers, farmers and partners who supply the Alter Wirt to gain valuable insights into their work. It’s great to spend a happy and relaxed time with the team and meet the people there. Shared experiences, mutual understanding and trust are a great foundation for a team that takes pleasure in their daily tasks and activities.
